Louise helps suppliers drive their customer operation and transformation strategies.

Louise also supports businesses in their operational effectiveness goals including debt, service levels and customer satisfaction. Transformation support covers small change deliver to large scale transformation programmes including acquisitions, mergers and large scale system changes.

In previous roles, Louise has lead the merger of two big-6 energy suppliers including complete IT re-platforming, and set up of a challenger brand including new operations. She has held several leadership roles within Transformation and Customer Operations for one of the UK’s largest energy suppliers with over 16 years’ experience in the field.
