Wade is a Consultant at BFY, working with clients to identify and deliver on opportunities of significant value.

A qualified APMG Agile Change Agent and Lean 6Sigma Black Belt, with significant experience across process improvements and value creation, Wade helps reduce costs and deliver transformational and strategic programmes across our Energy, Water and Financial Services clients.

Some of Wade’s previous work includes:

  • Helped a large incumbent energy supplier reduce their complaints backlog and drive operational change, enabling £7.5m in cost avoidance
  • Delivered debt collection campaigns for the UK’s largest water retail service provider, producing a 10x ROI through improved cash collection and reduced bad debt
  • Delivered tactical debt improvements for a UK energy supplier, enabling a 300% over performance against programme deliverables
  • Running the Project Management Office (PMO) on an M&A transaction
  • A member of the team accountable for the advisory and commercial due diligence for the acquisition of an Energy Management Division of a utilities company

Wade has recently supported the creation of a series of articles to help suppliers improve their complaints.

Wade has worked across Energy, Water, and Financial Services, and prior to joining BFY, Wade was the Process Manager within a Debt Management FinTech business.
