As a Senior Consultant at BFY Group, Julia works with clients to improve commercial performance through better planning, forecasting and performance management. She helps organisations identify gaps between targets and delivery, develop recovery plans and implement practical actions that deliver commercial value.

Her recent work includes:

• Identifying misalignment between sales and financial targets for a mid-market energy supplier, and defining the levers needed to improve performance and deliver targets
• Developing and implementing payment adequacy processes to reduce debt and improve financial performance
• Developing a roadmap of commercial and operational initiatives to increase revenue and improve EBIT for a major energy supplier’s SME business

Julia has over 20 years’ experience across the energy and water sectors. Before joining BFY, Julia held a range of commercially focused roles, including leading integrated planning processes, pricing, smart metering rollout strategy, and business case development to drive better commercial outcomes.
