As Business Support Executive, Claire provides operational and administrative support across the team, to help drive us towards our business objectives. Managing Director diaries, travel, meetings, and team communications, Claire also coordinates the recruitment and onboarding process, oversees partner relationships across multiple functions, and supports the coordination of internal initiatives including performance reviews, employee engagement, and social planning. Claire ensures that the BFY HQ always remains client-ready through effective office and building management.
Claire has over 25 years’ experience in retail management, spending the last 13 years supporting senior leaders and leadership teams with coordinating successful organisations.
