With over 15 years' experience in transformation and operational excellence, Craig specialises in helping energy and water companies solve complex operational challenges across billing, settlements, metering and customer operations.
In recent years, Craig has specialised in Market-wide Half-Hourly Settlement (MHHS), supporting suppliers with migration readiness, settlement performance improvement, commercial impact assessment, operating model design and metering strategy.
Craig has led and supported large-scale transformation programmes across the UK and internationally, delivering improvements in operational efficiency, customer outcomes, revenue recovery and regulatory performance. His experience spans residential, SME and I&C markets, working with organisations ranging from challenger suppliers to some of the largest utility providers in the UK.
