Kev leads our continuous improvement and lean transformations, working with leaders to deliver our Operational Excellence programme.

Kev helps clients deliver transformational change through complex environments to reduce costs and maximise revenue. Kev has a track record of tackling complex problems in complaints, energy services, debt, smart metering, back office and renewable energy both on and offshore where immediate and sustained results are required.

Kev’s recent work includes helping a ‘big six’ energy supplier achieve its external complaints positional goals by delivering an end to end complaint journey transformation. Kev also delivered a back office migration across billing and metering, optimising opportunities to reduce demand and accelerate transition.

Kev held roles in operations, continuous improvement and transformational change within the energy industry for over 14 years before joining BFY. Most recently, he was Senior Continuous Improvement Manager at npower.
