Natasha is a Senior Consultant at BFY, helping clients to improve their operational processes and business performance. Natasha has 16+ years' experience in leading and implementing financial/business planning, as well as performance tracking, modelling, and analysis in the energy industry.

Natasha has strong commercial acumen, providing data driven recommendations and narrative to support decisions across Retail, SME, and Corporate markets. She drives continuous improvement to the Finance and Operational functions, through re-engineering processes and managing change.

Innovative and detail-oriented, Natasha brings excellent stakeholder management, business partnering and communication abilities.

Natasha’s previous work includes:

• UK Financial Planning and Reporting Lead
• Leading the creation of financial forecast and budget planning, to drive ownership and cost control of a cost base c.£3m

Natasha held roles in Finance, Commercial and Operations within the Energy industry before joining BFY. Most recently, she was the Offshore Transmission Team Finance Manager at Ofgem, developing policy and providing financial analysis in supporting Net Zero Carbon targets.
