Examples of Tom’s previous work includes:

  • Built and scaled E.ON Drive Infrastructure's UK business from market entry to national growth  As one of the founding members of E.ON Drive Infrastructure's UK team, Tom helped establish the business from the ground up, shaping its strategy, commercial model, operating framework and growth plans. He played a leading role in securing investment approval, developing partnerships and launching the UK public charging network, helping scale the business from concept stage to a leading charge point operator with more than 400 ultra-rapid charging points nationwide and creating the foundations for long-term growth.
  • Shaped customer and commercial strategies across retail energy and the energy transition Tom has led strategic initiatives across retail energy, e-mobility and low-carbon solutions, helping organisations identify growth opportunities, develop customer propositions and make informed commercial decisions. His work has included the development of EV propositions, green energy products and time-of-use tariffs, contributing to the evolution of E.ON Next and supporting long-term growth ambitions across a rapidly changing energy market.
  • Supported strategic transformation across emerging energy markets Tom has supported strategic growth and transformation initiatives across solar, e-mobility and energy infrastructure markets. This included helping shape E.ON's expansion into residential solar through the acquisition of Eco2Solar, supporting the evolution of its residential new-build offering into a broader suite of energy products and solutions. Alongside strategic assessments and business case development, he helped lay the foundations for future growth in emerging energy markets.
