Joseph’s recent work includes:
- Managing a number of successful M&A transactions.
- Delivery a debt transformation programme for a large water retailer, significantly improve cash collection and bad debt performance.
- Providing subject matter expertise and Operational Excellence (OE) coaching to support a big 6 energy client through a complaints transformation.
Joseph has recently supported the creation of a series of articles to help suppliers improve their complaints handling performance.
Joseph held roles in operations, change, and strategy and transformation within the Energy sector for 13 years before joining BFY.
