Joseph’s recent work includes:
- Managing a number of successful M&A transactions.
- Delivery a debt transformation programme for a large water retailer, significantly improve cash collection and bad debt performance.
- Providing subject matter expertise and Operational Excellence (OE) coaching to support a big 6 energy client through a complaints transformation.
Joseph has recently supported the creation of a series of articles to help suppliers improve their complaints​ handling performance.
Joseph held roles in operations, change, and strategy and transformation within the Energy sector for 13 years before joining BFY.
