With over 18 years of leadership experience in the energy sector, Mark has held Senior roles across Sales, Operations, Strategy, and Compliance, driving data-led decision making, operational efficiency, and commercial success in highly regulated environments.

As Performance and Compliance Senior Manager, Mark led cross-functional teams to support delivery of a multi-million-pound CRM transformation, designed a market insight framework to inform strategic decisions, and represented EDF in regulatory forums with Ofgem and DESNZ. These initiatives supported the growth of a £150m B2B portfolio and improved SLA compliance and audit outcomes.

In the role of Direct and Technical Sales Senior Manager, Mark led a multi-team sales merger across I&C, embedding a high-performing technical sales team into mid-market that helped support over £30m in new business across major UK infrastructure projects. He also launched a lead generation function that increased B2B acquisition rates and delivered EDF’s largest fixed deals, while forging strategic partnerships to support Net Zero ambitions.

As Senior Manager of Sales Operations and Enablement in I&C, Mark established a new operational model that tripled workflow capacity through right-sourcing and Lean-Agile practices. He launched three customer-focused products during the energy crisis and embedded data-driven forecasting to support finance and commercial planning. Earlier in his career as Pricing Team Leader, Mark played a key role in the redevelopment of EDF’s Flex product suite and led pricing operations for major national clients including Network Rail, Vodafone, and Jaguar Land Rover, ensuring commercial accuracy, compliance, and customer satisfaction.
