Shiani has 5 years at E.ON in various roles (strategy and transformation, finance, and customer service ). Her previous role was Transformation Lead for the Residential operation.

Shiani has worked on Business wind-down, Business restructure, cultural change programme and IT migration (B2B). Shiani has experience in change management, problem solving, risk management, workshop facilitation and research (particularly competitor intelligence).

Shiani holds a First Class Business Management Degree.
