Lauren helps clients to improve customer outcomes, increase employee engagement, and transform their culture. This ranges from solving problems with organisational design, detailed waste and variability analysis and building best in class people and processes optimisation.
Lauren has a track record of tackling complex problems in large Contact Centres, Complaints, Billing and Settlements, Back Office and most recently in the Water Industry.
Laurens most recent role was Head of Performance Optimisation for Northumbrian Water, leading Lean Transformations and implementing Lean methodology.
