Zander specialises in change management and business transformation, ensuring all work is grounded in commercial and financial analysis.

The comprehensive multi-year forecast modelling that he has produced for multiple businesses allows for quick and easy adjustments to be made, which aid in scenario planning and board discussions. Zander’s models have been used to justify the implementation multiple divestment strategies, total business restructures and new product offerings.

Utilising his background in change management, Zander works alongside client teams to ensure all parties are engaged in the project and creates an environment where lasting change is possible.

Zander is a qualified change management specialist through the Management & Strategy Institute and a fully qualified CIMA accountant. He has ranked in the top 10 in the world for some CIMA exams, has a 1st Class Honours in Management Studies from NTU and an Executive Mini-MBA through the London School of Business and Finance. He brings unique perspective from outside the utilities industry with experience in Motor Retail, Leasing, Travel and Tourism, Sports and Leisure and Event Management.
