Ashley is a Senior Consultant at BFY Group, helping clients to achieve Operational Excellence by driving continuous improvement, across people, processes, and systems.
Prior to joining BFY, Ashley has held multiple roles in Continuous Improvement and Project Management, covering Utilities, Manufacturing, Social Housing, and IT.
Ashley spent four years at npower, where she progressed to Continuous Improvement Delivery Manager. During this time, Ashley re-designed the Complaints Customer Contact Operating Model, enabling a customer-focussed case management approach, to improve the customer journey and empower advisors.
Most recently, Ashley was Project Manager at a technology services firm, leading development teams to deliver IT solutions such as internal database creation, website functionality and feature re-design, and process improvement across multiple clients.
