Previously, Stephanie has worked in a variety of roles at npower, covering Operational Insight and Transformation, with 15 years of Energy industry experience. These roles involved a focus on demand and failure process points, while overlaying the voice of the customer in improvement measures, to ensure a strong customer experience.

Prior to joining BFY, Stephanie spent two years at Sky as Business Performance Controller, leading a highly skilled team to drive cost-to-serve efficiencies, in a Sales and Retention function.
