Simon leads our Finance and business support teams, working with our leaders to deliver exceptional client work, engage top talent and generate free cashflow.

Simon has partnered business leaders at a Regional and Local leadership level to refine growth strategies and shape investment to drive sustainable future outcomes. Through his collaborations he has been able to transform operations by redefining processes and optimising structures. He has a keen focus on working capital management and the delivering of sustainable free cash flow growth.

Simon has held roles in a global professional service firms over the last 14 years leading teams within the financial service industry segment before joining BFY. Most recently, he relocated back to Nottingham from his prior role as a Chief Financial Officer based in Hong Kong.
