Cheryl is leading BFY Group’s expansion into Financial Services, leveraging her experience and knowledge to establish BFY Group as a trusted partner in this new sector. With Financial Services being an ever-changing landscape, with increasing competition and regulatory implications, Cheryl’s expertise will be key in helping us to solve complex business challenges and unlock value for our clients.

Cheryl has over 25 years’ experience in Financial Services, shaping, leading, and delivering strategic change, through leadership roles in Tech, Operations and Strategic Programmes. Most recently, as Head of Strategic Programmes and Chief of Staff to the CEO for Capital One Europe, Cheryl’s focus has been on synthesising an ambitious business strategy into executable delivery roadmaps and embedding best practice in right sizing governance.

Known for being a driver of change and a strategic problem solver, Cheryl has delivered results across the breadth of the business, balancing core agendas of maintaining permission to operate and delivering sustainable growth, while modernising and simplifying core business infrastructure. Most recently, Cheryl delivered a complex multi-year transformation across people, process, data and technology, to ensure compliance and consistent execution of the right outcomes for credit card customers in financial difficulty.
