We recently partnered with Utilita, part of Luxion Group, to deliver a Leadership Excellence programme for leaders across its contact centre, operations and commercial teams.
Against a backdrop of cost of living pressures and rising regulatory expectations, we co-designed the programme with Utilita to reflect its priorities. Leaders combined classroom learning with on-the-job coaching from our practitioners, who’ve held senior operational roles in energy themselves, so they could put new skills to work straight away. Leaders who completed the programme also achieved accreditation from the Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM).
In the short video below, Kim Brosnan, Chief People Officer at Utilita, shares why they invested in its leaders, what made the partnership work, and the changes they’re seeing in how people approach leadership.
