With significant experience of debt and process improvements, Wade helps reduce costs and deliver transformational programmes across our Energy and Water clients.
Some of Wade’s previous work includes:
Helping a large incumbent supplier reduce their complaints backlog and drive operational change.
Running the Project Management Office (PMO) on an M&A transaction
A customer debt book diagnostic for a large challenger supplier, helping identify debt as the customer base grows.
Most recently Wade has lead debt collection campaigns for one of the UK’s largest water retail service providers driving improvements in cash collection and bad debt.
Wade has recently supported the creation of a series of articles to help suppliers improve their complaints.
Wade has worked across Energy, Water, and Financial Services, and prior to joining BFY, Wade was the Process Manager within a Debt Management FinTech business.
