We are a fast growing boutique consultancy, with a passion for doing great work for our clients – becoming their trusted advisors to help them solve their most complex challenges.
You will form part of a team driving significant and exciting operational transformation across our energy and utility clients. Some recent project examples have seen us partner with our clients to transform their capabilities within their debt collection, complaints, back office, and front office teams to deliver lasting change.

Our hiring process
We are typically over-subscribed on job applications, and we’re looking for stand out candidates. Candidates should follow the instructions in the section “How to apply – Important”. Phase 1: Getting to know you
An initial 45 minute virtual interview on Microsoft Teams, and a 45minute Verbal and Numerical on-line test. This is to understand the person behind the CV and confirm suitability for the type of work we are delivering for clients. You're also welcome to have a 15 minute coffee with any member of our team to understand what working at BFY is like.
Phase 2: Competency Assessment
A 45minute online test to understand your decision making preferences, and a case study - which will be discussed at a 45-60minute structured competency based interview.
Phase 3: Consulting Fit
An interview with a Partner and a member of the Senior Management team, with some structured questions and a walkthrough of how we expect your career in consulting to look like.
