As Finance Manager at BFY, Nathan plays a key role in delivering accurate and efficient internal financial operations. Nathan supports across payroll, statutory reporting, budgeting and forecasting, variance analysis and financial controls - ensuring the accuracy and integrity of BFY’s internal and external reporting.

Nathan brings over 12 years’ experience in finance, predominantly within the software industry, including four years in finance management roles. He’s a CIMA-qualified accountant and a member of the AAT.

Nathan’s expertise spans compliance, revenue recognition, project reviews, and financial analysis, and he’s worked closely with senior stakeholders, including Finance Directors and Senior Leadership Teams, to deliver actionable insight.

Nathan has led key finance initiatives throughout his career, including:

• Acting as the main finance contact during a company acquisition, overseeing the integration of financial processes with a parent company
• Playing a pivotal role in implementing a new finance system - managing reconciliations, training colleagues, and supporting a smooth transition
• Streamlining record-keeping processes across multiple entities, significantly improving accuracy and reducing duplication
