As a Client Director, Gareth partners with clients to deliver strategic transformation programmes that unlock operational efficiency, enhance customer experience, and enable digital innovation. He brings a hands-on approach to leadership, guiding clients through complex migrations, architecture redesigns, and business change initiatives with clarity and precision.
Gareth has over 20 years’ experience in the Utilities and Financial Services sectors, holding senior roles across transformation, architecture, and change management. His career spans leadership positions at npower, E.ON, Capgemini, and Newcastle Building Society Group.
Gareth has led enterprise-wide technology strategy resets, implemented ERP, CRM, CCaaS platforms, and designed and delivered large-scale customer migrations. His expertise includes Agile and Waterfall delivery, operating model design, and data quality improvement.
Examples of Gareth's previous work:
- Led the migration of 7.8 million customer accounts from npower and E.ON to E.ON Next, enabling a full digital transformation and platform consolidation
- Designed and delivered a £20M–£40M annual investment plan for regulatory, system, and process change, achieving a 3X return on investment
- Stablished a Data Management and Quality Improvement function, delivering £1M in tangible cost savings and significant risk reduction across strategic programmes
